If I could give this place zeros stars I would. If you have Medicare this place isn’t for you. They treat you like the bottom of your shoe. Zero Communication when we went to the back they took x rays and that was it. We never had the chance to express what was going on with my daughter’s mouth. We never even got to see anyone, but the x ray tech which never spoke at all to us.

Please avoid this place! They are great pre-contract. Once you are signed you are at their mercy. They always reschedule your appointments, regardless of your availability. Seriously almost every appointment has been changed on their end not ours. They do not care about what is convenient for you. They never have appointments available at the red mill location. You always have to go to Town Center. My daughter has been in Invisalign for soooo long. When we thought she was done we went to implant specialist (not his wife that he refers you to). Two different providers told us the treatment that had been done thus far was not in her cosmetic best interest and did not advise the implants Dr Behl wanted. Dr Behl agreed to change the treatment leaving her in trays for another year. She is now away at college and they have once again rescheduled her appointment to be fitted for new trays while she is home for spring break and cannot offer her a new appointment while she is here. We were told she should just keep wearing her last tray for three months, delaying her treatment another tree months. Don’t try to speak to the doctor. It’s easier to contact the Presidemt of the United States. I’m still waiting on a call from their regional manager because I’m not allowed to speak to Dr Behl.

Sign up is smooth, appointments are easy. Beware of the contract, if you move away and don’t continue treatment they charge half of whatever you owe. The woman who signed me up said that I could just cancel flat out if I moved. Definitely a lie as I owe 1100 for “cost of services”. Post is for awareness. I understand I signed.

I have only the HIGHEST praise for Behl Orthodontics. I'm an unusual case - I did not have the opportunity for braces as a child when I should have, so I've had a snaggle tooth for all of my adult life that caused me to hide smiling. One tooth was almost completely behind another making it look like one was missing. I've always been very self conscious about smiling because of that. I finally sought to correct this in my 40s - and they have been committed and awesome the whole way! There was so much movement required that it took about 4 years to accomplish... and I'm finally there!! You have NO idea how good that feels. I wasn't even sure it was possible at this point in my life but they did it! Dr. Behl is genuinely wonderful. The whole staff are in fact. Sharp, knowledgable, expert and friendly the whole way. And Natalie - Clinical Lead Assistant - is THE one to ask of for care in my opinion. Natalie rocks on all accounts.
